This page is for Google Play and App Store account-deletion rules. It explains how to delete your UniClub account and personal data.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the UniClub app on your phone.
- Sign in with your school email and password.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out.
For security you must have signed in within the last 10 minutes. If the app has been open a long time, sign out, sign in again, then delete.
If you cannot open the app
Email canonder96@gmail.com from your school address. Use the subject “Account deletion — UniClub”. We respond within 30 days.
Club manager accounts cannot be deleted from the student app. Email the same address from the club login email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and authentication)
- Your profile (name, student number, faculty, department, photo)
- Club memberships, event registrations and tickets
- Comments, likes, form responses and points records
- Notifications, follow relationships and shared lists
What is kept
- Events and announcements published by clubs (not your account)
- Anonymous totals such as member counts
- Backups for up to 30 days, then they are permanently removed. We do not keep your data for other purposes unless the law requires it.
Cancellation
After you confirm, the action cannot be undone. To use UniClub again you must create a new account.
