Welcome to UniClub. These terms govern your use of the mobile app and related services. By registering or using the app you accept these terms.

1. The service

UniClub is a platform for discovering campus events, joining clubs, managing tickets and registrations, and following club announcements. Club managers can publish events and announcements from their own club accounts.

UniClub is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any university, school or institution. Requiring a specific email domain at sign-up serves only to verify users and does not imply any partnership.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete my account.

3. Age requirement

UniClub is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13 you may not use the app. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not post unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content.
• You may not attempt to access other accounts or the system without authorisation.
• You may not disrupt the service through spam, abuse or automation.
• You can report inappropriate announcements from within the app.

5. User content

The club concerned is primarily responsible for the event and announcement content its managers publish. UniClub reserves the right to hide or remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. UniClub is not liable for indirect damages arising from event cancellations, club decisions or third-party outages. The content, organisation and running of events is the responsibility of the relevant club. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The UniClub name, interface and software belong to us. Club logos and event imagery belong to the relevant clubs; the club publishing such content confirms that it holds the necessary rights.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes we update the date. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
